Petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to respondents to issue order of appointment appointing her as permanent teacher. Petitioner contends that similarly situate candidates who also participated in the process of selection alongwith petitioner have been considered for permanent appointment and that petitioner has been discriminated. Petitioner having accepted the order of appointment as a temporary employee and having continued in employment for six months and three months on leave vacancy, cannot be permitted to challenge the action of respondents. Petitioner claims employment in an institution operated by private management. Petitioner does not have any entitlement to claim employment as a matter of right on the basis of process of selection initiated in the year 2011. In this view of the matter, request made by petitioner for issuance of directions to the private management need not be considered in
