These applications are filed for withdrawal of the compensation amount deposited by the appellant/State in this Court. The respective First Appeals filed by the State are already dismissed in the year 2016. Therefore, there is no legal impediment to allow these applications to withdraw compensation amount together with accrued interest thereon deposited in this Court by the appellant/State. The applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.
