The learned advocate for applicants submits that, the proposal is forwarded by the Education Officer (Primary) to the Deputy Director of Education on the basis of the proposal of the petitioners for sanction of the posts of junior clerk and peon. The same is forwarded on 30th May, 2019. The learned counsel submits that, the Deputy Director of Education has to forward the same to the Director of Education and the Director of Education in turn has to submit it to the State Government and the Government has to take decision.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for non applicants/State.

In case the proposal is forwarded by the Education Officer (Primary) (page 9) to the Deputy Director of Education, then the Deputy Director of Education shall process the same and forward it to the Director with its opinion and endorsement expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today. The Director of Education in turn process the same and forward it to the State Government with its opinion and endorsement expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months thereafter. The State Government shall take decision upon the said proposal expeditiously and preferably within a period of six

(06) months from the date of receipt of the same. 4.

With the aforesaid observations and directions the civil application is disposed of.
