In this petition, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner would be satisfied if the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the common representation dated 14.09.2016, on it's own merits.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect, respondent No.2 shall decide the common representation dated 14.09.2016, filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 31.01.2023, on it's own merits and in

Needless to state, the available vacancies in the State of Maharashtra can be considered, as the petitioner is willing to work anywhere in the State of Maharashtra.
