Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides and perused the Petition paper book with their assistance. 2.

Considering the communication from the Tahsildar, Mukhed dated 15.09.2023 to the District Supply Officer, Nanded, we direct Respondent No.3- the District Supply Officer to act upon the proposal forwarded to his Office by the Tahsildar, Mukhed on 05.08.2023 and the reminder dated 15.09.2023. The action recommended shall be initiated by following the due procedure laid down in law within 30 days from today.
