The Applicant/ original Petitioner prays for issuance of notice to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 through paper publication as he is unable to serve them through regular mode of service.

In the light of the above and for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed.

Issue notice on the Writ Petition to the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 returnable on 10.07.2015. The notice shall be published in daily "Sakal" Marathi, Aurangabad Edition, at the costs of the Applicant/ Petitioner.

*2* 918.ca.4897.14 The Applicant shall ensure that the notice so issued is published in daily "Sakal" at least 07 days prior to the returnable date and produce a copy of the original newspaper on record as tangible evidence of having published the notice.
