In all these cases, respondents-claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount already deposited by the appellants in this Court. Such withdrawal shall be subject to the respondents-claimants filing an undertaking in this Court that the same shall abide by the final orders that may be made in the appeal. Copy of such undertaking be furnished to the learned A.G.P., appearing for the State, before the same is filed in the Registry. Balance amount to be invested in Nationalised Bank in case same is not already invested.

Civil Applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of in aforesaid terms.
