This is a petition for habeas corpus. The petitioner's daughter was produced before the Vacation Court on 28 December 2023 and since then, has been lodged in the shelter home. 2.

The girl is produced before us again today. She is ready to go back with the petitioner whom she identifies as her mother. 3.

Let the child be given in custody of the petitioner immediately. Writ Petition is disposed of.
