ORDER :

The application is filed for relief of regular bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the copy of F.I.R. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the lady mentioned in the F.I.R. is present in the Court. Learned counsel Shri. Kulkarni submits that the lady is the same. Thus, the lady mentioned in the F.I.R. is available.

The main allegations are against one Krushnakant Waghmare that he kidnapped and took away the wife of the complainant along with one issue. The applicant is nephew of said Krushnakant and allegations are made that applicant had

Cri. Appln. No. 6927/14 helped Krushnakant in that act. Applicant has been behind bars since 24.11.2014. Affidavit is filed by the lady that she was not taken away by anybody and husband has given report out of suspicion.

In view of these circumstances, the application is allowed. The applicant is to be released on bail on his furnishing PR and SB of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand). He is not to tamper the prosecution witnesses. He is not to commit similar offence.
