Present application has been filed for seeking delay of 05 days condoned in filing the Second Appeal. Heard both sides.

Learned Advocate Mr. Shendurnikar for respondent No.1 has strongly objected the application on the ground that, even if the delay is of 05 days, it ought to have been explained properly and sufficiently.

Taking into consideration the fact that there is delay of only 05 days and for the reasons mentioned
