ORDER :

The application is filed for cancellation of condition imposed by this Court while granting bail to the applicants. There are counter cases and one person from the side of applicants is died. Crime is registered for the offences punishable under sections 307 r/w. 34 etc. of I.P.C. against the applicants. In view of the record and submissions it appears that there is long standing dispute between the parties and there is possibility of happening of similar incident, if the condition imposed is cancelled. The condition is that the applicants are not to enter the village until further orders. At present that condition cannot be cancelled. The application is rejected. [ T.V. NALAWADE, J. ] ssc/
