1] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the notices issued to the respondent nos.4 & 6 have returned unserved on the ground that they are not residing on the said address. The addresses given in the cause title were the addresses as were appearing in the cause title of the original application filed before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and as such prays for

CA 15253/16 in WP 6830/15 - 2 - issuing notice to the respondent nos.4 & 6 by paper proclamation.

2] In the light of that, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Civil application is disposed of.
