Mr. Jadhavar, the learned counsel submits that S.D.O. - Jalna after following due procedure and after having been convinced has issued the tribe certificate to the petitioner of 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe. The committee has cancelled the said certificate on the ground of territorial jurisdiction and has directed to approach S.D.O. - Degloor. The S.D.O. - Degloor be directed to issue the tribe certificate.

We have heard the learned Addl.G.P.

Even the committee has directed the petitioner to approach

Considering the tribe certificate having already been issued to the petitioner by S.D.O. - Jalna, we direct the S.D.O. - Degloor to issue tribe certificate to the petitioner of 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe which will undergo verification by the Scrutiny Committee in validation proceeding. The tribe certificate be issued expeditiously and preferably within one month.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
