A] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION FOR WITHDRAWAL The present Civil Applications are filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court by the acquiring body.
This Court has granted stay to the impugned award subject to deposit of 25% amount as directed by the Reference Court.
3] In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw entire amount i.e. 25% deposited in
this Court along with interest accrued thereon till date on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court. Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly.
4] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that there are some spelling mistakes in the names of some of the applicants and he may be permitted to correct the same.
5] Liberty to correct the names of the applicants. B] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION FOR DELAY The present Civil Applications are filed to condone the delay of 549 days in filing the First Appeals. For the reasons stated in the Civil Applications, the same are allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeals be registered. Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly. C] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR STAY Since the appellants - acquiring body has deposited the amount as directed by this Court, the interim stay granted by this Court stands confirmed. Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly.
D] ORDER IN FIRST APPEALS First Appeals are admitted. On admission, Mr.C.K.Shinde, learned counsel waives notice for the respondents in all First Appeals.
