PER COURT :- This is an application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar, refusing registration of the petition on the ground of failure of the petitioner to remove office objections. Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. Delay occurred in presenting the petition is condoned. The order passed by the Registrar on 3.10.2016 refusing the registration of the registration of the petition is quashed and set aside. The petitioner to remove office objections within four weeks from today. In the event of his failure to remove office objections within four weeks, the order passed in the instant Civil Application shall be deemed to have been recalled. Civil application is disposed of.
