Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the orders are in favour of the petitioner, name of the petitioner is not mutated in revenue record. 2.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents and submits that the petitioner can approach the Committee constituted on 13/02/2015.

The petitioner may approach the Committee on application being filed by the petitioner before the Committee, the Committee shall take decision on the application and pass order giving necessary directions, preferably within three months after receipt of the application.
