The application is filed for amendment in the proceeding. It is the case of appellant that at the relevant time he had not completed 18 years of age and in view of amendment made to Juvenile Justice Act, 2000, a person below 18 years of age is to be treated as juvenile and he wants to take benefit of said provisions and for that the application is filed. 2.
Notice. The learned APP waives notice.

Application is allowed. Amendment is to be carried out immediately.
