Heard learned A.P.P. for the applicant/ State. Respondent served, is absent. Considered the reasons recorded by the trial Court for acquitting the accused. Going through the record, it appears that, there were witnesses corroborating the complainant regarding the incident, but the trial Court has disbelieved them. The evidence needs to be reconsidered. Leave is granted. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses B, C and F. 2.

Appeal is admitted.
