Respondent no.2 is present before the Court. It is the case of the offences punishable under Sections 324, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. The matter has been amicably settled. Respondent no.2 - victim gives express consent to allow this application.

Although learned APP objects to allow this application, with a view to give piece a chance, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), subject to costs of Rs.9,000/- (Rupees Nine
