This petition is challenging order dated 01.01.2018 dismissing the criminal revision application by the learned Sessions Judge, Latur. The revision was against rejection of the application filed for discharge. The office report shows that the charge is already framed and the matter is now shown for hearing since 2011. From July, 2021 the evidence is already started and as of now the status of the matter shows to be part-heard and next date is 06.05.2023. The learned Advocate for the respondent also submits that the evidence is started in the Trial Court.

Since the charges are already framed and the evidence is started, this Court finds that this petition has become infructuous and same is disposed off.

Considering that the trial is of 2011, the Trial Court is requested to complete the Trial within six months from today. 04.
