Rejection of the application below Exhibit-5 in Regular Civil Appeal No.48/2018, by the learned District Judge-2, Vaijapur, is impugned in the present petition. Since short issue of question of road is involved in Regular Civil Appeal No.48/2018, this petition can be disposed off by issuing appropriate directions to the appellate Court. 2.

The writ petition is disposed off by directing the appellate Court to decide Regular Civil Appeal No.48/2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this Court.
