Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P for the respondent-State.

Perused the progress report of the trial. It appears that due to transfer of case from one Court to another the trial could not be concluded. Very few witnesses remained to be examined. The trial is likely to be concluded within short time. Hence, instead of granting bail, the learned Adhoc District Judge-1, & Additional Sessions Judge, Vaijpaur is requested to conclude the trial within two months from the date of receipt of this writ.
