There is averment in paragraph no. 9 of the reply that representations of the petitioner dated 03-07-2013 and 04-07-2013 are already decided by the authorities and thereafter decision is taken by following due process of law. 2.

Learned counsel for parties are ad-idem that decision of the Sub Divisional Officer against the decision of the tahsildar has not been subjected to any further proceedings by concerned persons. 3.
