Mr. Palave, the learned counsel submits that in appeal there was compromise between the parties and the respondents are not obeying all the terms of the compromise. The custody of minor is not given to the petitioner as agreed in the terms of settlement.

Even the Family Court Appeal is disposed of in terms of settlement. The same would tantamount the compromise decree. The petitioner has a remedy of executing the compromise decree. The petitioner is at liberty to prosecute the same.
