1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding is pending since 2013. The same is not yet decided. The petitioner has completed internship. 2] The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22nd March, 2022. Considering the fact that the validation proceeding is pending since long time and the petitioner has completed internship, the Committee shall endeavour to decide the said validation proceeding expeditiously, preferably within four [4] months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
