The Petitioner before us is working as Assistant Superintendent in the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Jintur. The Petitioner had earlier approached this Court in Writ Petition No. 9919 of 2022. In the said matter, as Petitioners had approached this Court without seeking for a copy of the order of punishment and without challenging said decision, a statement was made that they would approach this Court after receiving copy of rejection of their appeals, the petition was disposed off. 2.

Today, the Petitioner Smt. Bharati Babasaheb Magare,

{2} wp13213-23.doc submits that she never received the copies of the documents which are being sought. Learned advocate representing the High Court points out from the endorsement that the Petitioner had received the true copy of the order dated 31st January, 2022 along with the statement dated 29th October, 2021. It, therefore, indicates that copy was supplied to the Petitioner. 3.

Learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that rather than agitating on the said issue, the Petitioner submits that she is willing to pay additional charges for receiving copy of the said order. We permit the Petitioner to deposit said amount in accordance with the procedure and Respondents may issue certified copy of the order to the Petitioner, within 30 days from the date of application tendered by her.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed off.
