Learned Counsel for Petitioner makes statement that instead of going into the merits of the order impugned, a direction to the Appellate Court to decide the Appeal being RCA No. 172/2018 will take care of the interest of both sides.

Learned Counsel for Respondent records no objection of the same.

Perusal of the order impugned indicates that learned Ad-hoc District Judge has expedited the hearing of the Appeal to be decided within six months. We are in the year 2025, Appeal is yet to be decided. This Court, therefore, finds it appropriate to call upon the Umesh

955-WP-1412-2020.odt learned First Appellate Court to decide this Appeal within stipulated time. Hence, First Appellate Court is directed to decide the Appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of six months from today.
