Heard the learned advocate for the applicants. 2.

The respondent has been served with a notice for final disposal but has not turned up.

The averments in the application have gone without demur.

The applicant has been staying in Pune whereas the respondent has filed a petition for divorce in the Court at Kopargaon. She has a 4 year old child and it has been specifically mentioned in the application that it is only because of the pandemic that he had started working from home otherwise even he was staying in Pune. 5.

Considering the afore-mentioned facts and circumstances, it would be appropriate to allow the application and transfer the petition.

Application is allowed.

Hindu Marriage Petition No. 80 of 2021 pending in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Kopargaon is transferred to Family Court at Pune for decision in accordance with law. 8.

The parties shall appear before Family Court at Pune on 30 July 2022.
