This application is filed for recalling or order dated 26th October, 2016 in Criminal application No. 4949 of 2015 to the extent of stipulating condition of depositing costs, in case, the reply is not filed within time. 2.

It appears that by order dated 26th October, 2016, time for filing affidavit in-reply stands extended till 08-11-2016. Affidavit in-reply is filed by the respondents i.e. Block Development Officers for himself and on behalf of Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad on 16-11-2016. 3.

In that view of the matter, there is no question of depositing costs by respondents i.e. Block Development Officers for himself and on behalf of Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad. Thus, the application is allowed and the same stands disposed of.
