Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is settled between the applicant and the respondents before the Reference Court. The learned counsel for the applicant placed on record the compromise deed taken place between the applicant and the respondents before MACT, Dhule. It is taken on

The learned counsel for the applicant further submits on instructions that he wants to withdraw the present application and appeal on the basis of compromise done between the applicant and the respondents.

Hence, the application and the appeal on stamp number are allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of.

The applicant is entitled to refund the statutory amount and court fees as per rules.
