Mr. Suryawanshi, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that, he will limit the present petition to the extent of seeking directions against the bank and seeking some time to pay the amount of Fair and Remunerative Price (F.R.P.), which has remained unpaid for the year 2014-2015. 2.

Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 5/bank states that, the proposal has been received by the bank

2 wp 11701.15 and bank will take appropriate decision on the proposal for loan within a period of one (1) month. The said statement is accepted. 3.

Mr. Suryawanshi, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed pursis before this Court stating that, approximately an amount of Rs. 67,58,000/- has remained unpaid for the year 20142015 and the same would be paid within a period of two months from today. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court. The petitioner shall make the payment of the unpaid amount of F.R.P. for the year 2014-2015 to the farmers/cane growers within a period of two (2) months from today. The writ petition as such is disposed of. No costs.
