The petition is only against an order dated 21st August 2024 (at page No.322).

Pursuant to the said order, already notice is issued by paper publication. The persons to whom notice was issued, they have appeared before the authorities in the proceedings i.e. learned Divisional Joint

This Court finds that, it is now reported by the learned Advocate for the respondents that pursuant to the impugned order, notice was published in the news papers to the members. Some members have also appeared pursuant to the said notice before the authorities. This Court by order dated 14th November 2024 has already passed an order making it clear that the learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies to proceed with the main matter.

In view of the same, this Court finds that now nothing remains in the writ petition. Petition stands disposed of as such. 6.

No order as to costs.

Civil applications, if any, stand disposed off. 8.

Needless to say that, the authorities are expected to decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible. The parties to co-operate in speedy disposal.
