Applicant was convicted by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Muktainagar, District Jalgaon under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and was sentenced to pay an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- as compensation in default to sufer simple imprisonment for three months.

Appeal preferred by the applicant bearing No.62 of 2015 came to be dismissed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhusawal by his order dated 6th March, 2021.

Applicant has deposited half of the amount of compensation i.e. Rs.75,000/- before the trial Court as directed by this Court. Applicant has already deposited Rs.50,000/- in the trial Court as per the order passed by the Appellate Court. Thus, total amount deposited by the applicant comes to Rs.1,25,000/-. 5.

In view of above, Criminal Application No.3280 of 2021 for extension of time is disposed of.

Criminal Revision Application No.147 of 2021 is "Admitted".
