The applicant is claiming withdrawal of entire amount of compensation along with the interest which has been deposited by the respondent No.2 - Acquiring Body. The learned counsel for the Acquiring Body strongly body on the ground that Reference Court has granted 10 times more compensation. In view of the same, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount along with the accrued interest thereon by furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar Judicial of this Court.

The remaining amount be invested in F.D.R. in any Nationalized bank on yearly renewal basis till disposal of this appeal. 4.

Application disposed of accordingly.
