These are the applications for condonation of delay of 2926 days caused in filing the review applications.

The learned AGP for respondents/State strongly opposed the application and submitted that there is no sufficient reason to condone the delay.
Perused the applications. For the reasons stated therein, the applications deserve to be allowed in the interest of justice as the delay is neither deliberate nor intentional. Hence the following order:
Civil Applications are allowed.
The delay of 2926 days caused in filing the Review applications is hereby condoned.

The review applications are allowed by setting aside the order dated 23.08.2017 passed in Civil Application Nos.10916 of 2017 and 10917 of 2017.
