The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since March 2017. The petitioner is taking education in second year engineering course. The petitioner is not allowed to appear in examination on the ground that the petitioner has not submitted validity certificate.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order. 3.

The respondent No. 2 / Committee shall decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06)

2 908-WP13386-19.odt months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 09.12.2019. 4.

In case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting his further studies only on the ground that his validation proceeding is pending.

The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
