Looking at the order passed in Complaint (ULP) No. 64 of 2011, I deem it appropriate that applicant be allowed to withdraw sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand only) deposited in Writ Petition No. 2140 of 2014 pursuant to the order dated 13/03/2014, subject to condition that, the applicant shall file undertaking before this Court that, in case the decision of the Industrial Court is altered in this writ petition, against his interest, he would, if required, refund
