The petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to Respondent No.4-Committee to issue duplicate certificate of validity, granted in her favour on 22.06.2004.

Petitioner shall have to observe procedure prescribed under Rule 15 of the Rules and shall have to tender an application in the prescribed proforma to the concerned Committee. If petitioner tenders appropriate application to Respondent No.4-Committee within a period of three weeks from today, Respondent-Committee shall issue duplicate validity certificate to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from today. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
