We have heard Mr.Thorat, learned advocate for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. 2.

The petitioner challenged the Roznama dated 13.12.2021 and further seeks directions to allow the petitioner to examine some of the witnesses.

It is submitted that the petitioner has already given an application for examination of the witnesses. The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the matter is kept on 28th January, 2022 and on the said date the application of the petitioner would be decided.

As the application of the petitioner for examination of the witnesses is not yet decided, the petition is premature. The respondent may take decision upon the application of the petitioner for examination of witnesses in accordance with law.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
