The applicant / accused has been produced before the Court by police at 3.04 p.m. He has no complaint at the hands of the police.

Learned counsel for the applicant has filed an application for releasing the applicant on bail. He would submit that the wife of the applicant is suffering from liver cirrhosis. Nobody is there in his family to lookafter his wife. He undertakes to attend the case on every date, hereinafter. The applicant has roots at Dhule.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant UDAY S/O MADHAVRAO CHANDRATRE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) before the trial Court within three (3) weeks from today. Till then, he be released on his undertaking to furnish the bail.

5. Criminal Application No.4033 of 2022 is allowed.

6. The applicant has furnished the undertaking as per the directions of this Court. He be released forthwith. The copy of this order be furnished, who has produced the accused from jail. Undertaking be taken on record and is marked as Annexure '

A'.

7. Criminal Revision Application No.445 of 2004 stand over to 21.12.2022.
