In the light of the above, the applicant/petitioner is directed to add the present address of respondent No. 1 in the Writ Petition forthwith.

This application is allowed and notice be issued to respondent No. 1 on the present address mentioned in paragraph No. 3 of the application returnable on 8th December, 2016. Hamdast allowed. So also, the applicant/petitioner shall serve respondent No. 1 through Speed Post A. D. and furnish an affidavit of service along with the print out of the tracking report.
