This is an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of petitioner No. 3 with a prayer to condone the delay which is barely of 11 days as calculated by the office.

For the reasons mentioned in the application when the writ petition is still to be admitted and it is lying in this Court since 2016, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned and the legal representatives of the petitioner No. 3 are allowed to be brought on record. Necessary amendment to be carried out within three weeks.
