By this petition, petitioner assails the order dated 16.11.2022 passed below Exhibit 22 by learned District Judge - 8, Ahmednagar in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 116/2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that now suit is posted for argument and, therefore, without going into the merits of the matter, the present Petition may be disposed of by directing the learned Trial Court to decide the suit within three months. 4.

In view thereof, Petition stands disposed of. 5.

Learned Trial Court is directed to decide the RCS No. 53/2022 within a period of three months from today.

6.

Interim relief to continue till the Trial Court decides the suit on its own merit.
