It is submitted that the appeal is filed by the petitioner in the year 2016 against termination of his services. Same is not decided as yet.

The learned Counsel submits that the appeal is pending for final arguments. Application is made for expeditious decision of the appeal before the School Tribunal.

In that case, the School Tribunal shall consider the said application of the petitioner for deciding the matter expeditiously after hearing all the parties concerned and endeavour to decide the same within a period of six months as it is pointed out that the same is pending for final arguments.
