Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for applicants and Shri Shinde, the learned Counsel appearing for respective non-applicants / original claimants.

According to the learned Assistant Government Pleader, enhancement in compensation is without there being evidence on record justifying the same. As against this, Shri Shinde, the learned Counsel appearing for non-applicants submits that as the impugned award is a money decree, it cannot be stayed.
(2) C. A. No. 2317 of 2014 & Group 3.
Considering the quantum of enhancement, the impugned judgment and award shall be stayed till disposal of appeals, on condition that the applicant - State should deposit entire amount under the award within a period of six weeks from today.
