These applications are filed seeking condonation of delay of 579 caused in filing the appeals.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications for delay deserves to be allowed. 3.

Learned advocate for the respondent vehemently

In view of above, the application for delay stands allowed. The delay stands condoned.

Office to register the first appeals.

By way of order dated 21-04-2017 stay was granted with direction to deposit the amount and also was allowed the claimants to withdraw 75% of the amount on furnishing an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against them, then they will re-deposit the amount within four months of passing such order. Balance 25% amount was directed to be invested in a fixed deposit in any nationalized bank. 7.

It is submitted that though stay is granted with a direction to deposit the amount by order dated 21-04-2017, till now the applicants have not deposited the amount.

Learned AGP to verify the same and if amount is not deposited, same shall be deposited within eight weeks from today without fail.
