The petitioner has put forth prayer clause A as under:- "A) Issue appropriate writ or order in the like nature thereby direct the respondent no.3 to decide the representation dated 05.11.2020 (Annexure F) filed by the petitioner."

The learned advocate representing respondent No.4 submits that the issue raised in this petition turns upon respondent No.4. Respondent No.4 had a lease agreement with

The learned advocate for the Municipal Corporation submits that the Municipal Corporation would initiate a drive with regard to the issue raised by the petitioner in this petition and by following the due procedure laid down in law and by considering the rights of the stakeholders, would ensure that the encroachments are removed from the premises/places, on or before 30.11.2022.
