Learned Advocate holding for learned Advocate Mr. M.P. Kale once again seeks accommodation, on the ground of personal difficulty of the Advocate. On 06.08.2021 itself he had made request for accommodating him and on that day it was specifically stated that there will not be any adjournment on the next date. Still today the oral request has been made. Personal difficulty of an Advocate cannot be a reasonable ground. Application stands rejected.
