Heard learned Advocate for the applicants. The learned APP opposes the application stating that this Court specifically imposed the condition in view of criminal antecedents of the applicants. 02.

Considering the grounds taken in the application, the application stands allowed. Clause (iii) of order dated 12.04.2022 shall be read as under :- "Applicant Nos. 1 to 4 and 7 shall mark their attendance at the concerned police station once in two months i.e. on first Saturday of every January, March, May, July, September and November." 03.
