The learned AGP has received instructions from the Tahsildar, Ausa - Shri Bharat Suryawanshi, vide communication dated 08.07.2022. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X-1' for identification. The learned AGP submits that within a period of 90 days, execution of the order would be achieved and the possession would be handed over.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the statement made in 'X-1' be recorded and the petitioner would be satisfied.

In view of the above, we record that the Tahsildar, Ausa - Shri
